Meet Maria
I'm Maria, and like many of the women I now support, my own fertility journey wasn't straightforward.
I have PCOS, needed fertility treatment to grow my family, and experienced pregnancy loss along the way. I know what it's like to desperately search for answers, feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice and wonder if your body is letting you down.
Those experiences changed me. They also shaped the way I coach.
Today, I combine evidence-based fitness, practical nutrition and compassionate support to help women improve their health, lower their BMI where needed and feel more confident throughout their fertility journey.
My goal isn't just to help you lose weight. It's to help you feel stronger, more in control and supported by someone who genuinely understands what this journey can feel like.
Why Fertility Coaching?
For years I worked as a Psychology teacher, helping students learn, grow and believe in themselves.
When I reflected on what I loved most, I realised it had never really been about teaching a subject. It was about helping people achieve something they once thought was out of reach.
After my own experiences with PCOS, fertility treatment and pregnancy loss, I knew I wanted to dedicate my career to supporting women through one of the most important and emotional journeys of their lives.
Today, I combine evidence-based fitness, practical nutrition and compassionate support to help women improve their health, lower their BMI where needed and feel more confident throughout their fertility journey.
That became Fertility Fitness Coaching.
