2. Purpose of This Website

This website provides general information about: fertility-focused fitness and nutrition; healthy and sustainable weight management; preparing for fertility treatment or pregnancy; the Baby Blueprint coaching programme; my free online community; and ways to contact me. The website is primarily an information and enquiry platform. Coaching programmes are not purchased directly through this website.

3. Information Is Not Medical Advice

The information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not: medical advice; fertility treatment; diagnosis or treatment of a medical condition; psychological or therapeutic advice; or a substitute for advice from a GP, fertility consultant, registered dietitian or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional. You should seek professional medical advice before making significant changes to your nutrition, exercise, medication or fertility treatment. You should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read on this website.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Every person and every fertility journey is different. Testimonials and client stories describe genuine individual experiences, but they are not promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same outcome. Fertility Fitness Coaching does not guarantee: conception or pregnancy; successful IVF or other fertility treatment; a specific amount or rate of weight loss; changes to menstrual cycles, hormones or fertility markers; eligibility for NHS or private fertility treatment; or any particular medical or personal outcome. Results depend on many factors, including personal circumstances, health, adherence, lifestyle and matters outside my control.

5. Testimonials and Representative Images

Client stories and testimonials featured on this website relate to real coaching experiences. Because trying to conceive is personal and sensitive, client names and identifying details may be changed, and representative stock photographs may be used to protect confidentiality. Where appropriate, minor details may be edited for clarity or privacy without changing the substance of the client’s experience.

6. Contact Forms and Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry form does not create a coach-client relationship or guarantee that I will offer you a place in a programme. I will review the information you provide and may contact you to: respond to your question; ask for further information; invite you to a consultation or discovery call; or suggest another next step. Please avoid including urgent medical information in a website enquiry. This website is not monitored as an emergency service. Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

7. Coaching Services

If you decide to work with me, you will receive a separate coaching agreement before services begin. That agreement will set out matters including: the service being provided; programme duration; payment terms; cancellation and refund provisions; communication and check-in arrangements; client responsibilities; health and safety information; and how either party may end the coaching relationship. Where there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed coaching agreement, the signed coaching agreement will take priority in relation to the coaching service. Nothing in these website terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Free Community

Access to my free community may be subject to separate community rules. To help protect members, you must not: harass or intimidate another member; share another member’s personal information or messages without permission; provide dangerous, misleading or unqualified medical advice; promote unrelated products or services without approval; post discriminatory, abusive or unlawful content; or use community content for commercial purposes without permission. I may remove content or withdraw access where reasonably necessary to protect the community or enforce its rules. The community is a source of general support and education. It is not a substitute for individual medical care, mental health support or emergency assistance.

9. Acceptable Use of the Website

You must not use this website: for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; to transmit malware, viruses or harmful code; to attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems; to interfere with the website’s availability or security; to collect information about other users without permission; to impersonate another person; or to copy or exploit website content unlawfully.
