PCOS & A Positive Pregnancy Test
After years of struggling with PCOS, we focused on sustainable weight loss, balanced nutrition and building healthy habits. She lost 10lbs, her menstrual cycle returned, and by week 10 of the programme she had a positive pregnancy test. A reminder that sometimes small, consistent changes can make a huge difference.

Lowering Her BMI for IVF
She knew IVF was her next step but first needed to lower her BMI to meet the treatment criteria. Together we created a realistic plan that fitted around her life. She lost 15lbs, reached her goal and is now preparing for her first round of IVF feeling healthier, stronger and far more confident.

Lifestyle Changes | Pregnant Through IVFSupporting Egg Quality
Before starting her second IVF cycle, we focused on nutrition, movement and lifestyle habits that supported her overall health and egg quality. She entered treatment feeling in the best place possible and went on to fall pregnant on her second IVF transfer.
From Two Stone Down to a Natural Pregnancy
Living with suspected endometriosis and PCOS, she had almost given up hope of conceiving naturally. Together we focused on sustainable weight loss, fitness and building habits she could maintain for life. After losing over two stone she moved into Phase 2 of the programme, Thrive, and at week 20 received the news she'd been dreaming of — she was pregnant naturally.

Finding Confidence with Endometriosis
Suspected Endometriosis | Cycle-Based Training | Built ConfidenceLiving with endometriosis meant exercise often felt unpredictable and overwhelming. Instead of pushing through pain, we adapted her workouts around her menstrual cycle, focusing on movement that supported her body rather than fighting against it. She built confidence, became consistent and discovered that exercise could finally feel empowering instead of exhausting.
Starting Small, Achieving Big Results
She was nervous about exercising and worried she'd never be able to stick to another programme. We kept things simple, starting with regular walks and easy, nutritious meals that fitted around her life. By focusing on consistency instead of perfection, she lost 12lbs and proved to herself that lasting change doesn't have to feel overwhelming.
12lb Weight Loss | Beginner | Built Healthy Habits
As a former Commonwealth Games athlete, she was used to pushing herself to the limit. Together we explored what her body needed now, rather than what it had needed in the past. By reducing training intensity, prioritising recovery and supporting her overall health, she conceived naturally during week 14 of the programme.

While using Mounjaro to prepare for IVF, she wanted to make sure the healthy habits she was building would last long after the medication stopped. Together we focused on nutrition, movement and sustainable routines. She successfully maintained her weight after coming off Mounjaro, entered IVF feeling confident and healthy, and conceived on her very first round of treatment.

Preparing for Reciprocal IVF
She and her wife were excited to begin their reciprocal IVF journey, but first she needed to lower her BMI to meet the clinic's requirements. Together we focused on realistic nutrition, enjoyable movement and building sustainable habits. She lost 16lbs, reached the BMI needed for treatment and moved forward with IVF feeling healthier, more confident and ready for the next chapter.

Building Habits Beyond Wegovy
She wanted to use Wegovy as a tool, not a lifelong solution. Throughout the programme we focused on creating healthy habits that would last beyond the medication. After stopping Wegovy in week four, she maintained her weight for several weeks before going on to lose a further 3lbs through the lifestyle changes she'd built

She Came for Weight Loss, Stayed for the Community
Reached Her Goal | Continued in ThriveInitially, her goal was simply to lose weight, but she soon discovered something she hadn't expected – a supportive community of women who truly understood the ups and downs of trying to conceive. After reaching her weight-loss goal, she chose to continue into Phase 2, Thrive, to maintain her progress and stay connected with the encouragement and accountability she'd found.
Living with PCOS meant her cycles were often around 78 days long, leaving her feeling frustrated and uncertain. Together we focused on sustainable weight loss, balanced nutrition and simple daily habits such as prioritising sleep and taking her prescribed Metformin consistently. By week 16, her cycles had reduced to around 30 days, helping her feel healthier, more in tune with her body and hopeful for the future
